Glass Stemware Racks

I just finished chatting with my sister and she told me that the renovation of the mini bar at my parents' house is almost done. We had it repainted and commissioned a carpenter to make 3 customized bar chairs and to install the hanging wine glass rack we bought from last year's Black Friday sale event. Good thing my sister was updated from all the sales that was going on that's why we got a good deal on those wine glass racks. We got it for almost 50% off baby plus it was shipped for free! Who could ask for a better deal, right? That's why if you want to find good deals on wine glass racks for sale, be sure to check out www.glassstemwareracks.com.

PMSy

Well, it's that time of the month again. Red flag is up so better watch out! LOL! Nah,  I'm just kidding. I'm done feeling bitchy. Thanks to my best buddy ibuprofen. I popped the pill and my world went back to being sane.

Anyways, I found this really funny definition of PMS from Urban Dictionary. Here goes:

PMS: An excuse girls use to be angry at guys with no consequence whatsoever.

Day 1
Girl: -PUNCH-
Guy: wtf was that for?
Girl: PMS dumbass hahhahaa
Guy: ugh...

Day 10
Girl: -PUNCH AGAIN-
Guy: WTF you ALREADY HAD PMS THIS MONTH
Girl: That was PRE menstrual now it's POST menstrual rofl

Have a pleasant week everyone!

Affordable and Reliable ISP

My friend just got laid off from her job. She told me about it when she called this morning. It was really sad but she knew it was coming so somehow she was prepared for it. She saved enough money to last her 6  months while she's out hunting for a new job. Good thing though her husband still has a job but of course they need to find ways to lessen their monthly expenses. With two kids in school and a monthly mortgage to pay plus utility bills, they need to tighten their belts a bit. And that's exactly why she called this morning. She asked me if I know an internet service provider that offers cheap dial up service. They are planning to switch to dial-up because their current ISP is charging them way too much and they can no longer afford it. And totally cutting off their internet connection is not an option either because their kids need it for their school work. So the best option for them is to find a cheaper alternative.

So to help my friend, I browsed the web to find an affordable and reliable dial up internet service provider and Copper.net is the best I've seen so far. They offer a variety of internet services that fits any budget. For dial up standard plan, the monthly fee is only $9.95! And it includes the following features: FREE technical support, 56K dial-up internet service, V.90/V.92 compatible, nationwide access plus a FREE email account. But if you sign up for Copper's Standard dial-up plan with 12 month prepay, your monthly fee goes down to $7.49. That's $89.88 a year + tax! Wow! That indeed is a lot of savings. But for those who wants a faster internet connection, you can upgrade to their HiSpeed Dial Up Plus Plan for only $14.95/month or get their broadband satellite or dsl service starting at $19.95/month only. See, there are cheaper alternative if you are just resourceful enough.

I will surely tell my friend about Copper.net. She can try it for a month and if she's not satisfied (which I doubt will happen) she can always get her money back because Coppernet is backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee. And there are NO LONG-TERM COMMITMENTS and NO CANCELLATION FEES if ever she decides to cancel the service.

Tummy Trouble

I should have trusted my instincts! I know that I'll get sick if I drink milk or eat any dairy product that's not lactose-free but my mind is telling me to try it and see if my tummy will react... and it did! I think I made a dozen trip to the restroom just this evening. Huhu! Well, another lesson learned the hard way. Stay away from lactose!

By the way, I got here some helpful information about lactose intolerance just in case you want to know more about it:

What is lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance is the inability or insufficient ability to digest lactose, a sugar found in milk and milk products. Lactose intolerance is caused by a deficiency of the enzyme lactase, which is produced by the cells lining the small intestine. Lactase breaks down lactose into two simpler forms of sugar called glucose and galactose, which are then absorbed into the bloodstream.

What causes lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance happens when the small intestine does not make enough of the enzyme lactase. Babies' bodies make this enzyme so they can digest milk, including breast milk. Before humans became dairy farmers, most people did not continue to drink milk, so their bodies did not make lactase after early childhood.

Who is at risk for lactose intolerance?

Lactose intolerance is a common condition that is more likely to occur in adulthood, with a higher incidence in older adults. Some ethnic and racial populations are more affected than others, including African Americans, Hispanic Americans, American Indians, and Asian Americans. The condition is least common among Americans of northern European descent.

Infants born prematurely are more likely to have lactase deficiency because an infant’s lactase levels do not increase until the third trimester of pregnancy.

You love to drive, as long as you aren't in a hurry to go anywhere. You always prefer to take the more interesting route. You never like it when driving is a chore. Driving should be fun, not stressful!
